For the rental of your property Huurinc will search for excellent, by our selected candidates. What you can expect from us:

-No fee for you;
-Your object is forwarded directly to our own clients;
-Your object is passed directly to more than 20 partner sites and placed;
-Your item with photo in our direct mail campaign;
-Your item is at several large companies from the region logged on;
-Your object is placed in various ads;
-Viewings Monday till Friday from 09:00 to 18:00;
-Your item within 48 hours after recording (excluding recordings in the weekend and/or evening than within 48 ~ 72 hours) with photo reporting, on this website;
-A clear “for rent” poster on one of the windows of your object;
-Clear information on the rights/duties to you and to expect rental income;
-Personal and professional guidance of potential tenants at every tour;
-We perform the contract negotiations with potential tenants in consultation with you;
-Formatting the extensive Dutch or English tenancy agreement;
-A credit check In consultation (enlarged) of the new tenants (s);
-The check-in: if necessary, the proposition with the tenant of the inventory list;
-If necessary, a recording/delivery report for assistance at check-in or out;                          
-Collect and deposit of rent by the tokens;
-First point of contact if service is needed.                                            

For this entire management you pay a fee of 5% on the rental Excl. VAT. This management costs will be settled monthly.
